We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, while expedited options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

What is your return policy?

You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please visit our returns portal to print a prepaid shipping label and initiate your refund.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website so you can monitor your package's progress in real-time.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer interest-free installment plans through Klarna and Afterpay.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Home ships to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international shipping to more countries soon.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but if an item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage to receive a free replacement.
